Not one but two traffic cameras you see in the picture. Like who tied his dog to a lamppost momentarily or stops the bike with a chain, the British police used this technique. The photo is the blog of Lucas Garcia, and I see it appears that he has taken in Cardiff, UK. If this happens here, I’m sure they would not hesitate for even two hours.
